Scope and Applicability
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers provided by Epicstar to eligible players, including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets and any special offers announced by Epicstar. They form an integral part of the Epicstar General Terms and Conditions. In the event of inconsistency, these Bonus Terms prevail to the extent of the discrepancy.
Eligibility and Account Integrity
Participation in any bonus promotion requires truthful registration data and ongoing compliance with Epicstar’s terms. Each person may hold only one account. Bonuses are awarded to a single person, home address, telephone number, email address and payment method. Epicstar may suspend, restrict or terminate bonuses and related winnings if multiple accounts or fraudulent activity are detected.
Activation, Verification and Opt-In
Bonuses may be offered on a promotional basis and require activation. Only fully verified players may participate in bonus promotions. Verification may require submission of identity documents, proof of address and validation of payment methods prior to withdrawal.
General Rules for All Bonuses
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Epicstar may deny, restrict or cancel bonuses and related winnings for suspected abuse or non‑compliance with the terms.
- Bonuses are non‑transferable and non‑refundable. They apply only to the account to which they are awarded.
- You may not have more than one active bonus at any time. A bonus cannot be used in conjunction with another bonus or promotion.
- In the event of a technical or administrative error resulting in erroneous credit, Epicstar reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
Casino Bonuses – Wagering, Eligibility and Gameplay
Casino Bonuses are subject to the following terms unless a specific offer states otherwise. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus funds and any winnings arising therefrom.
- Game contributions toward wagering: Slots contribute 100%; Table Games contribute 5%; Live Casino contributes 0%.
- Restricted games: All Jackpot games and listed high‑variance titles do not contribute toward wagering when played with an active bonus.
- Minimum and maximum bets while a bonus is active: minimum per spin/bet 0.50 EUR / 0.50 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 AUD / 0.75 NZD (or currency equivalent); maximum per spin/bet 5.00 EUR / 5.00 USD / 7.50 CAD / 7.50 AUD / 7.50 NZD (or currency equivalent). Bets outside these ranges do not count toward wagering and may forfeit corresponding winnings.
- Time limit: Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from credit. Wagering must be completed within this period; otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings are void.
- Automatic cancellation: A bonus balance is automatically canceled when bonus funds reach 0.05 or less (or the equivalent in the applicable currency).
Sports Bonuses – Wagering, Limits and Event Eligibility
Sports Bonuses are governed by the following rules unless a separate promotion states otherwise. Wagering and eligibility are defined per offer.
- Bets placed while a Sports Bonus is active must be placed on eligible sports and events as defined by the applicable promotion terms.
- Minimum and maximum stakes during wagering: minimum per bet 0.50 (currency equivalent); maximum per bet 5.00 (currency equivalent), unless the specific offer states a different amount.
- Wagering contributions vary by event type and market; consult the promotion terms for exact contribution rates. Bets placed on ineligible events do not count toward wagering.
- Time limit: Seven (7) days to fulfill wagering requirements. If not completed, the bonus and any winnings may be voided. Automatic cancellation occurs when the bonus balance reaches 0.50 or less (or the equivalent in the applicable currency).
No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets and Special Offers
These offers, when available, are subject to the same general rules and the specific terms published with each promotion. They may carry higher wagering requirements, game restrictions and time limits as disclosed in the offer terms. No Deposit Bonuses may require verification prior to withdrawal or cashing out winnings.
Restriction, Exclusions and Territory Rules
Epicstar reserves the right to exclude players from bonus offers based on jurisdiction and other eligibility criteria. Some territories may be excluded from certain promotions. The current list is subject to change and is published in the general terms and the specific promotion terms. It is the player's responsibility to review the applicable terms for each offer.
Abuse, Fraud and Disciplinary Measures
- Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, masking IP addresses, colluding with others, delaying play to meet wagering requirements, and any exploitative betting patterns intended to harvest bonus benefits.
- Epicstar may withhold, confiscate or cancel bonus funds, winnings, and deposits, and may close the account for such behavior.
Cancellation, Withdrawals and Forfeiture
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity may be withdrawn only after wagering requirements are satisfied. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus amount, any winnings and any wagered amount attributable to the bonus may be deducted from the account balance. The remaining balance may still be withdrawn in accordance with Epicstar’s standard withdrawal terms.
Changes to Terms
Epicstar reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be published on the site. Continued use of bonus promotions after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
