Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Epicstar gambling platform (the Epicstar Services). By registering, logging in, or placing bets, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Epicstar Services.
Definitions

- Epicstar reserves the right to verify age and identity and to suspend or restrict an Account pending verification or if compliance concerns arise.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. You must not register a secondary account without explicit authorization from Epicstar.
Registration, Verification and Security
To open an Account you must complete the registration process. Epicstar may request documents to verify identity, age and address. You agree to provide authentic documents when required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must notify Epicstar immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized use.
Using the Epicstar Platform
You may access the Services via the internet on a Device designed for personal use. You may not transfer, lend, sell or share your Account or credentials. You must comply with applicable laws, including anti‑money laundering, counter‑terrorism financing and sanctions regimes. Epicstar may monitor use for security, fairness and regulatory compliance and may suspend or terminate access if violations occur.
Intellectual Property and Software License
- Epicstar and its licensors retain all rights to the Software, Content and Services. You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the Software solely for the purpose of accessing the Services on devices you control.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software or any Epicstar content. You shall not use the Software on servers or in a manner that could enable access by third parties other than you as a primary user.
Games, Bets, and Settlement
- All bets are placed via the Epicstar platform in accordance with the rules of each game and these Terms. Epicstar may void bets and/or suspend gameplay if a malfunction, error, or manifest mistake occurs.
- Epicstar reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to decline all or part of any wager and to suspend or close a user’s Account for suspected violations or abusive behavior. Bets submitted by other than internet channels are not accepted.
- Odds, lines and handicaps may fluctuate until the moment a bet is accepted by Epicstar. In the event of a validated error, Epicstar may offer the choice to re‑bet at corrected terms or void the wager.
- Bet acceptance occurs when a transaction identifier is generated and reflected in the user’s history. Bets placed after the start of an event, or when the outcome is known, shall be void.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All payments to and from Epicstar are subject to verification, regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. Methods of payment may be subjected to additional terms set by the payment service providers. Epicstar may impose limits, suspend or refuse processing of deposits or withdrawals at its discretion to comply with applicable law or to ensure the integrity of the Services. Funds deposited or winnings may be held or returned in accordance with regulatory obligations and Epicstar’s internal policies. You must use a payment method in your name and are responsible for all transactions conducted through your Account.
Security, Privacy and Data Handling
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Epicstar’s Privacy Policy. Epicstar will implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of providing the Services, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud detection and compliance with legal obligations. Epicstar may share required information with payment processors, regulators and competent authorities as permitted by law.
Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
- You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. You shall not attempt to manipulate games, exploit vulnerabilities, collude with others, or use automated tools or bots to gain an advantage.
- You must not impersonate third parties, misstate information, or attempt to circumvent security measures. Sharing your Account with third parties or allowing others to operate under your credentials is prohibited.
- You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Services or gambles in bad faith. Epicstar may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts involved in such activity and may report unlawful conduct to authorities where permissible.
Responsible Gaming
Epicstar provides tools to support responsible gaming, including deposit limits, session length controls, cooling‑off periods and self‑exclusion options within the Account settings. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should seek appropriate support and consider using these controls. Epicstar may, in its discretion, impose limits or take additional measures to promote responsible play and compliance with applicable law.
Modifications to Terms
Epicstar may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services in a timely manner. Continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Notifications and Communications
Epicstar may communicate with you via in‑platform messages and through the email address associated with your Account. You consent to receiving service communications, including account notices, regulatory updates and transactional information. Marketing communications may be available only where you opt in to such communications.
Termination and Suspension
Epicstar may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non‑compliance with laws, or at your request. Upon termination, you muststop using the Services; pending bets and outstanding obligations will be settled in accordance with applicable rules and regulatory requirements. Re‑registration after termination may be restricted for a period determined by Epicstar.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epicstar provides the Services on an as‑is basis and disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied. Epicstar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, Epicstar’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Epicstar in the preceding twelve months, or to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epicstar operates and conducts business. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be brought in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing between the parties. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.
