Overview
This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests by holders of a valid Epicstar account. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of the Company and is subject to modification in accordance with those Terms.
Corporate status and governing law
Epicstar is incorporated under the laws of Curacao. The Terms and Conditions, including this policy, are governed by those laws and are to be interpreted accordingly.
KYC, identity and data management
Epicstar administers Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable law. The Company may require verification prior to any withdrawal. Verification may include submission of documents to establish identity and address, and to confirm ownership of payment methods used for withdrawals. Personal data collected in connection with withdrawals is processed in accordance with Epicstar's Privacy Policy and Management of Personal Data provisions.
Withdrawal eligibility
Only holders of a valid, active Epicstar account in good standing may request withdrawals. You must not have any unresolved compliance issues or pending verification. Withdrawals must comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Withdrawal limits
Minimum withdrawal amount: €10. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: €5,000. Where applicable, limits for specific payment methods may apply and will be published in the Cashier. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Withdrawal requests and processing
Withdrawals are initiated via the Cashier by selecting a payment method and the amount. The Company will process approved withdrawal requests to the selected payment method. Processing times are dependent on the chosen method and payment provider, and are subject to verification checks and compliance reviews. Any withdrawal may be delayed or suspended if additional verification is required or if suspicious activity is detected.
Payment methods
The available withdrawal methods are those listed and supported in the Epicstar Cashier. Withdrawals will be issued to the account or wallet registered to the Epicstar account and must be in the same name as the account holder; otherwise the withdrawal may be rejected or reversed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Security, fraud prevention and compliance
Epicstar may suspend, delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable belief of fraudulent or suspicious activity or if required by law or regulation. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering controls and financial crime prevention measures in force at Epicstar.
Privacy and data handling
Personal data collected for withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Epicstar's Privacy Policy and the Management of Personal Data provisions in the Terms and Conditions. Players have rights to access, rectify or erase their data where applicable, and to withdraw consent for data processing as provided by law.
Responsible gambling
Epicstar promotes Responsible Gaming. If you choose to set withdrawal limits or undertake self-exclusion measures, these will be respected in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
